Honestly, we checked other hotels first and they were all booked so we reluctantly stayed here. We were pleasantly surprised. Our king room was clean and everything in order. The breakfast was a typical. It was much cheaper than other hotels in the area, but I don't think the others would have been much if any better. I would recommend.

When we got to our room first thing we found was a pair of underwear and shorts hanging on the wall in the bathroom behind the door. After that I inspected my bed and found bed bugs. Canceled our stay immediately. Had to fight with the manager to get my refund also.

Room was fine for an overnight. Check in process was crazy. Insisted i do it all myself online right down to sending a picture of my license and then did it all over again when I got there. Waste of time. Hasn't been upgraded in a very long time.

Hôtel situé à la sortie de la ville de fort Morgan à quelques minutes en voiture où il y a tout sur place (magasins, fars food, restaurants, station service…) Chambre très grande, propre et très confortable équipée de micro onde et frigidaire. Hôtel disposant d une piscine intérieure gratuite (pas très chaude). Très bon petit déjeuner.

Curtains need to be changed. No Privacy, They cannot be closed. Only thing covering window was a white sheer curtains The food service needs to be changed to 5 am. The night manager could start the coffee and hot water, put out pastries and cold cereal simply add it to the manager duties.

We were happy from the moment we walked in the lobby which was clean and inviting. Our greeting by Miss Mary was warm and friendly. She took great care of us. Even offered to look up whether I had a rewards membership because I had no idea. Explained all of the amenties to us. Offered us pool towels. Our room was spotless. The shower had provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The hot water came out FAST and the shower head worked great. The room was quiet. Towels and Linens were very nice. Everything was odor free. The pool was definitely heated and the pool area and gym were very clean and neat. The dining area was also immaculate and breakfast was delicious. Feeeway access literally could not be easier or faster. The only cons for me were that the mattress could have been more comfortable. It's not the worst I've slept on but not the best either. And there were no usb ports in the room.

My first night was fine, the second one came off the rails a bit. We returned from dinner to find water leaking down, in the bathroom, upstairs. My husband headed to the front desk and they moved us down the hall right away. The new room was an ‘accessible’ room and the floor underneath the hall sink was damp. They did try their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible - they’re just having a water issue.

I checked in on Friday, but my room was not serviced on Saturday nor was breakfast available on Saturday as advertised - to quote "We ran out of breakfast, sorry." Also had to get my key remade on Saturday. Pet fee was not disclosed when I made my reservation - It was $25 a stay per pet.

I got bed bug bites from this hotel. They do not clean there rooms and everything was unplugged and the light bulbs were unscrewed we had no lights until I finally figured out the bulbs were unscrewed. Who does that?

The stay was awesome for the price - the pool was heated. Here's the thing though, I don't understand why you won't allow breakfast in the room. There's is no logic- basically we can buy food outside and bring to the room and it's the same. Also, you don't know why people bring food in the room. In my case, those who can come out came out to eat. The reason why the pancake was brought in the room is to save time, feed the toddler while packing. Otherwise, the room was great and clean. The maintenance guy helped us immediately with the bulb that is flickering. The building is old but then the price make it all worth it.
