We loved it! We had trouble with our entry code, but the resident on-site was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights & were impressed the entire time. The studio apartment was bigger than the pictures make it seem and actually felt like home with the decor & furnishings, the entire place was incredibly clean, the rooftop pool was beautiful, and contact with customer service via text for any and all questions was super quick & helpful. Not to mention we didnt have to drive at any point - this location is INCREDIBLY walkable with a grocery store & shops/restaurants/bars just a few minute walk in every direction. We take frequent local staycations and have stayed in many hotels - this will ALWAYS be our first choice for future trips. We even started planning our next Ft Worth staycation over breakfast the morning we were checking out. I could not recommend this property enough! Thank you for the five star experience.

Great Place to Stay!

The 'apartment' was great. I got a studio. It was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The only thing that couod have made it better was pillows that were not quite so thick. Also, there is this cool looking black material on the ceiling that would creak very loudly when the air would come on and scare the hell out of me. Lol! I would stay bere again though.

Loud cracking noises from ceiling all night, couldn’t sleep while staying here. No level above me, so a little concerning. Floor was sticky. Walls PAPER thin, can hear every word from the tv next door. The service for getting “verified” online doesn’t work. At least the bed was somewhat comfortable. I would never choose to stay here again.

Strange first floor layout and reservation process

So two things to be aware of: 1. The first floor of this set-up literally has an all-glass door and sidewalk right beside your bed. Strange and can be loud. 2. The reservation process is 2x the work. You reserve on hotels.com then they send you a link and you have to reserve again (including giving your credit card and personal identification ON TOP OF reserving on hotels.com

Very clean. Not to easy for 84 yr old. Could of had a corner shelf and safety bar in shower. No light for kitchen counter. Mattress and box spring was set on the floor which made very low and hard to get up from. Hot rodders were pretty active until until about 11:00pm

Pros: The apartment was clean and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. Also, the instructions for parking and getting into the apartment were very clear. Cons: It’s a 2-bdr with a single window and that one window is in one of the bdrms. The bathroom is also in one of the bdrms and there’s only one. The living room is a really small loveseat set about two feet back from a TV - so, not really any living space. And, a very inflexible 4 pm checkin time. Overall, it was OK. But the lack of amenities, support and flexibility doesn’t really warrant more than a 3.5 star rating.

On the plus side, the Mint House has a fantastic location, not far from downtown and with many restaurants in walking distance. Parking is also terrific, in a close by section of a roomy garage. We also enjoyed having a in-unit washer and dryer so that we could easily catch up on our laundry during an extended trip. However, the room itself is a bit small for two people — too much space devoted to the kitchen leaves little for the bed and closet. Our unit also suffered from multiple, small maintenance issues, eg, the shower door didn’t close fully because the hinges were bent.

I did not know this was virtual hotel. The is NO ONE on site, No front desk.The code didnt work to get into the building. Took 90 minutes to finally enter. Code did not work at other building where the pool and gym were located. The floor wasnt clean, my brand new white socks were black in literally 5 minutes after putting them on. The contact via text was painfully slow. Its a shame making this review as its someone's business but this was a disaster.

Poorly managed and next to LOUD train.

You do not get informatio beforehand. I called day of to get the information. They then said I would not get it until 1 hour before check in. The information did not include the building code to get into the building. The "main" door that they tell you to use most definitely has a code to get in. I called the "virtual front desk". They just read my email back to me and said that there is no building code. The only way we were able to get to the apartment we rented was because the back door (that also had a keypad) was broken and does not even latch. The rooms had blackout blinds that you want to leave closed because the veiw is a stip of parking, a dumpster and train line. Loud, loud, loud train.

apt was nice. new. but area is not so great. lots of homeless and undesirables. had to worry about this probably more of and issue with FT Worth just being a nasty city. had to worry about car getting broke into all night long.....and then... there was the train station that wasnt in the brochure... lol. not trains running by.... locomotives idling all hours of the night rumbling the apt. didnt sleep for nothing.... place is nice... but bring earplugs and drive a beater....
