Location is perfect, next to grand shopping mall and BTS station. Service is excellent and helpful. Swimming pool is beautiful, room decoration seems a bit old.

Liked everything about the hotel. Prices are in the high side but it’s worth indulging in such service and care! I would not recommend the spa at all, one can get way better deals outside the hotel. The only side of the hotel, I would say!
