Not enough towels in the room the ceiling was leaking iron they gave us messed up clothes the cleaning service and service is not good. The staff at the front desk overnight so special is not friendly at all very rude attitude and every time we call for a service oh, we have to come downstairs And there was no kind of support or Customer Service presented as those while when you come enter the premises, welcome or anything like that so I was very unhappy with my stay
Requested for one extra hour for the late checkout and the lady at the front desk was so rude. She literally told no and we were in the training so there was no point for me to check out at 11 o’clock because the training was ending 1130 so by 12 o’clock, I can check out and she was very rude to say me oh I can’t but other person in the morning said oh that was never a problem but why they keep on sending emails that to check out otherwise there is a fee which they will charge on the credit card
