One of the best views in Cappadocia / great staff

This hotel and its onsite restaurant have one of the most incredible views in all of Cappadocia. The restaurant shares the same view as the hotel from its 3-tiered grass terrace. You look across the valley directly at the Uchisar castle which is subtly glows at night. The staff at the hotel is fantastic. We had an early flight out and the hotel staff arranged for provided breakfast to be served early - outside of the normal breakfast hours. Also - each of the rooms are unique. We looked at 3 besides the one we stayed in and all were very cool/luxurious. Most with fireplaces (which can be nice at night - even in the summer. Many with the incredible view of the castle. Some with private hammans or huge tubs. We highly recommend this hotel
