The room was nice and cozy. It was a bit small but the beds push together to make it a little bigger. The location was great as ithe was only a 20 minutes drive to Nassfeld. The wifi signal was a bit weak in our room but the breakfast more than made up for it. I would recommend this hotel as it was very clean and the staff was quite nice.
Absolutely gorgeous place to stay where staff goes out of their way to please everyone. The dinner was amazing with many choices and flavors to enjoy. The salad bar was the best I’ve ever seen! The views are incredible. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much, Daniel!

A literal slice of heaven. Sadly we were only passing through on our way to a wedding in Italy, but after the way we were treated at this place, we are currently planning a full vacation here. We were greeted by the kindest gentleman at the front, and every single person was so kind and helpful. Hotel is a real 5 star hotel . We stay only two night and we used all the fantastic facility on the thermal spa . The food is fantastic the service at reception great and all the personnel are top class and very friendly .
The staff were amazingly welcoming and pleasant! The dinner and breakfast could compete with the best hotels in the largest cities. The scenery is other worldly. Peace permeates the whole place. You can't choose a better hotel in the area.
Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).
The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel!
