KaSeas Hotel stood out as as one the highlight of our entire Mani journey. Beautifully designed and built right on the water's edge, the sea is literally 40 steps from the front door. That kind of proximity to the sea never gets old. Our room was generous in size and well-equipped, with all the amenities you'd want after a day of exploring the peninsula. Breakfast is cooked to order with a lovely variety of choices. In the evening, the hotel's own restaurant delivers on dinner too, so you never feel the need to go far. The hotel sits in a quiet little village, perfect for an after-dinner stroll to wind down. Everything about the place invites you to slow down and stay longer. We will absolutely be coming back.

Beautiful hotel! Wow, what a hidden gem!! Came here to see where my husbands family is from and we were blown away by the beauty! This is probably the best and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was perfect and the views are incredible!! Can’t wait to come here again and make this a stop when we travel to Greece. The personal hot tub was so cozy and relaxing after traveling all day. A must stay!!

This is an exceptional hotel in a very beautiful part of the world. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. It is mere steps away from the pristine water. Exquisite

This is a wonderful hotel. It is exquisitely designed mixing old world Mani architecture and the modern world. It’s situated in a cozy corner of the pristine Gerolimenas Bay/Cove. You can spend all day, if you want, lounging on their comfy chaise and be pampered by the sweet staff. The food in the restaurant is first rate, with catch of the day options or their staple Salmon Risotto. You might luck up, like I did, and meet the fisherman who brought in the evening’s pescatarian delights. The lunch menu was light and yet filling and the free breakfast, on the veranda overlooking the port, cannot be missed. The location is perfect for day trips to the rest of the deep Mani. I went down to Cape Tainaron and walked the last 1.2 miles out to the lighthouse, the most southern tip on the European continent. Visited smaller beaches and towns on the way back and was so glad to jump into that crystal clear water beside the hotel and become fully restored. That - and the Minuty Rose that the staff had ready for me; knowing my favorite late afternoon drink. You can’t find a more perfect place in that neck of the woods.

L’hôtel est élégant et bien situé. Le prix des chambres est très élevé pour la région. A ce prix là, on s’attend au top. Et malheureusement nous avons été très déçu par le personnel et la flexibilité de l’hôtel. Normalement les sunbeds sont garantis… lors des deux jours que nous avons passés, nous n’avons pu en avoir qu’un seul le premier jour et aucun le deuxième. De plus nous avions un impératif pour le petit déjeuner du 2e jour. Nous devions partir sous 30 minutes et nous avons demandé à être rapidement servis (sachant que nous étions les seuls!!!!)w Ils n’ont réussi à lois faire qu’un café avec du pain. A 400 euros la nuit c’est cher le petit déjeuner !!! La veille le petit déjeuner était bon mais cela avait pris 1h30!!!! Dernier bémol : chambre pas du tout lumineuse. Une toute petite fenêtre qui ne s’ouvrait qu’à moitié. Dommage car l’aménagement était sympa.

Attention si vous bookez une chambre « cosy », la réalité est toute autre que sur les photos - et si vous voulez un lit centré et non avec un côté contre un mur : vous devez payer. Heureusement que Hôtels.com a pu nous aider. Le gérant a fait preuve de mauvaise foi et s’est montré très agressif. Une arrivée qui a entaché notre séjour - dans un lieu pourtant paradisiaque. Le reste du personnel était très agréable (même si on sent le caractère du gérant comme une vraie nuisance générale)
