The first room I was given had the towel rack pulled from the wall, looked like someone was beaten with it and blood splatter on several walls. Then looked like the rack was thrown at the wall and created a big hole. There were no towels, toilet paper and was dirty. Was given a second room that had black mold all over the bathroom ceiling, no toilet paper and was pretty dirty. Would not recommend. I was told it was under new management and will be corrected but would give it time to actually be fixed up.

The heat didn’t seem to get above 65 so it was really cold throughout the night. Also, when we first arrived, not a single roll of toilet paper was in our room. At this point, the front office had closed so we couldn’t go ask for more. My boyfriend went to the hotels nearby and was able to buy a roll from a different hotel. We shouldn’t have to do that if we are paying for our own room and amenities. There seemed to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom but thankfully we weren’t showering that night. The hair dryer smelled quite bad and there were stains on the thin comforter but it could’ve been worse i guess. not the best experience. i guess you get what you pay for but no toilet paper and no good heat is really disappointing.

If anything goes wrong here do not expect to get your money back or for anything to be made right. Beware, asked to thoroughly inspect the room before you agree if the answer is no the walk out. Check every single thing. Beware of manager as he is very fake and ownership who does not care about anything but $$. Reported to BBB and Health department already. I lived here for 2 months and regret it deeply.

Roaches bed bugs prostitution blood all over my walls from prior gas, don't ask maintenance for anything or housekeeping because the manager may ask you to leave as a result of anything being wrong in your room, ask to inspect your room thoroughly before you agree to stay here, if the answer is no then don't stay. Don't expect a resolution if anything goes wrong, don't pay by wk or month, you maybe kicked out at any time with no refund. No working heat or AC for 3 days, got put out for asking for it to be fixed by manager whose backed by owner

bed bugs, roaches, terrible customer service, NO TOILET PAPER? - you name it and it can be found here. They also dont have staff to check in after 10 so if you are there after youre screwed. we slept in our car and then he was 20 mins late in the morning therefore i missed the opportunity to freshen up before work. wouldnt even change the dates of the room you already paid for or anything. TERRIBLE & DISGUSTING. neither hotels.com or the hotel itself was willing to help accommodate us after these troubles. don't waste your time.

Extensive issues from severe safety risks, neglect of issues from staff, health department issues such as no heat or AC in the room, severe roach infestation, bed bug infestation, unauthorized male given a room key to my room and entering as well as kicking my door causing my latch to break off to which the hotel called the police themselves over but we're not move my room when I stated I was fearful of saying that room. Instead of an apology, refund, compensation or even just general concern for my well-being and safety the hotel decided to tell me I needed to leave the property and I was not allowed to extend my stay anymore. I have proof ranging from photos, video, documentation, receipts, and much more I am in the process of filing reports through the better Business bureau, health department, the third party booking site as well as seeking an attorney. I only ask for three nights of a refund when it was cold outside under 35° and the hotel left me with no hea. But now that they have handled things so poorly I am asking for much more considering they kicked me out on Thanksgiving Day with zero concern. I have photos of blood splatter from previous guests all over my walls in my room that was not considered to be a health concern or any concern by the hotel as well as several other issues. There are too many to list here but all will be reported as well as proof provided. Be very careful before you stay here. I was sick several times while I was staying here for 2mos

It was worst place ever…Roach infested, had to flick them off the bed and found them crawling on me, No TV remote and they would not provide one, they kept telling me they would try to find one from another room but never did in my 5 day stay, initially they gave me the key to a room that was occupied by a long term tenant and that could have been very dangerous for me but the worst part was they argued with me that my stay was not paid for thru Expedia when I even had confirmation and then told me it was my responsibility to fix it when it was actually a problem on their end…Do Nit stay here!!!!

I have been staying here for almost 2 months now and I've had numerous issues. I've had the front desk make a key to my room and give it to somebody else who was not authorized by me. I had the longing stolen and police knocking at my door as a result of the individual's actions, not mine. The hotel did not do anything to compensate for this inconvenience that I missed work because of. In fact I was almost charged the late fee that day for my payment. I asked to move rooms because my room had roaches everywhere in the hundreds. I was moved to a different room and the refrigerator did not work I had to throw away over $100 in groceries the next day, I was not compensated or reimbursed for this either and I did tell management. I have notified them for 2 days now that my heat does not work or my AC they have not sent anybody up to fix this or even look at this not one single person has shown an interest in this. I asked for them to please reimburse me for the nights that I've had no heat the groceries that I've had to throw away and I've gotten no response. The inconvenience to me missing work and the list goes on I have not had a single pack of coffee since I've been here in my room. The housekeepers tell me they don't have it. The front desk is not offer complimentary coffee. Their sister property next door, same ownership, told me I was not allowed to come over there to get complimentary coffee per the manager at the hotel I'm staying in. Room was full of bugs and had torn curtains, just generally felt very dirty and area felt unsafe. Ended up staying elsewhere, and would recommend others to do the same.
