Had to switch to another room, we were given an ADA Handicapped room to which we didn't need, I will not use a room that someone that is Handicapped might be in need of. The next room was okay it needed cleaning, vacuumed, and lastly when my wife was in the shower she quickly discovered there was no shampoo, yep I was in trouble, so Austin helped me out. When we arrived we encountered two very nice employees throughout our stay Laurie, Austin at the front desk. Breakfast was very minimal, when I booked the reviews said everybody loved the breakfast, we barely had any eggs, biscuits and very water gravy. When I mentioned this to the desk they replied maybe we'll get a truck in tomorrow that delivers the food? Again our stay here was okay we were too tired to complain, we've stayed at worse places but definatly stayed at better.
