Hotel was Ok, needed a little TLC. Would stay there again, fine for a short stay.

A relaxing Saturday night stay.
Great service, comfortable room. Slightly worn decor and hallway somewhat noisy but this didn’t really affect our stay and was balanced out by how helpful and attentive the staff were.

Overall terrible stay
Dirty, did not get keys to the room, elevator did not work. Did not get discount or free breakfast to compensate for this. The room was fairly clean, but it was unfortunate that we did not get any keys, therefore we got locked out.

Good location in Bournemouth.
Check in was OK. Requested second room key, but never received one over duration of stay. Smallish room, but adequate for purpose.
Convenient location, close to beach and town centre.
Quiet, in off season.
Paid parking only.

Not good
After booking through booking. Com we paid in full. The next day we got a message from the hotel stating we need to pay £10parking for 1 night .this was not declared by our booking.i rang the hotel and they told me that if a booked direct its free!!!
The customer is being mugged after settling the payment the day after . This is bad muggy practice. Then asked to take £50 against damage,the carpet in the room was already badly stained and the walls marked.
This was our 3rd stay ,not again while this is way we are treated.
