The service was amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dining was outstanding. The beach is very private and perfect for snorkeling and swimming. Would absolutely recommend.

Overall stay had very nice views and a very friendly staff. However, we were mislead on their “Happy Hour” and “Taco Tuesday.” It appears to be merely a scheme to encourage people to buy their food and drinks which are already priced fairly high. They did not honor this promo while we were there and I hope that others aren’t also being taken advantage of. Aside from the highly priced food and drinks, the stay was pleasant with gorgeous views.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La habitación bien, aunque ya requieren remodelación. La vista desde el área de alberca es espectacular. Muy bien los bartenders. Al hacer check in nos dijeron que se hace limpieza a la habitación cada dos días y la habitación no estaba limpia al llegar en la noche del tercer día de nuestra estancia. La cama sin hacer, toallas sucias, etc… En general es buen hotel

Buen servicio en general, todos muy amables en todo momento. El único granito en el arroz es la calidad del agua de la llave y de los hielos, demasiado cloro. Los hielos en el agua simple cambian el sabor a clorificado. Horrible... también en la regadera y en el agua de la llave del fregadero. Le puse de esta agua a la cafetera y eché a perder esa carga, no la pude tomar, sabía a cloro. También la calidad del shampoo en la regadera, demasiado agresiva con los ojos. De ahí en fuera regresaremos sin problema.

Our room was spacious and clean. The pool areas were great! Beautiful views! Staff was friendly. We only had breakfast at the restaurant, but it was amazing! Bonus, we saw whales from the pool area! We only stayed one night, but I would stay here again for sure.

This is a little gem of a place. The room/suite was clean and comfortable. So nice to have a washer/dryer in the suite. The bed and pillows were comfortable. While the couch and other furnishings were a bit dated and worn they were still comfortable. Our balcony was the highlight!! Sitting there watching whales breach and seeing the beautiful water and boats was delightful. We loved falling asleep to the sound of waves The pools and decks are laid out such that you don’t feel crowded. Those facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Food at the restaurant was really tasty and reasonably priced. We would certainly come back.-

They need to upgrade the menu the food was good. But eggs were cold & bacon & sausage cooked hours before. The fish was great but then the roasted veggies were hard as rocks & the potatoes cold. Just inconsistent. But overall good just need to talk to back of house kitchen staff

We were given a very quiet room overlooking a gorgeous small cove. Every morning I was blessed with the warm sun and the beautiful sound of the surf as I sat on our balcony for my prayer time. The food and service at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Every morning I swam for an hour in the pool, enjoying the clear and clean water. Sirena Del Mar was paradise.

Overall, good stay. Pro: views and friendly staff. Cons: food and beverage is limited and expensive. Want to go to the beach, expect to walk a long way. Going down is easier than hiking back up, especially if you are carrying a bunch of stuff.

Sirena Del Mar is second to none. We have been going there for 8 years and all the staff is like family. It is situated far enough from Cabo for peace and quiet and the views are spectacular. If you’re looking for an upscale hotel that isn’t stuffy, and very welcoming without all the parties that Cabo can be known for, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it!!
