Nice riad hotel in the old town hard to find the first time but follow the pink arrows. Extremly helpfull staff. Going for a hot air ballontrip at 04.45 AM the followed us to the pick up point.

Lies on information about having a Spa, Bar, Restaurant etc.etc. Staff were polite but absolutely uselesss asked us if he could answer our questions the next day. Hard to find in the dirty alley ways. Room was sold as a Superior Suite which turned out to be a small room with a double and small single bed crammed in. Very disappointing. Tried to sort things out while their but staff not willing to help.

Riad trop cher pour les prestations. Chambre: la chambre familiale de 5 personnes n'est pas pour 5 personnes: il y a un lit double, un lit simple et 2 banquettes qui sont comptées comme 2 lits, mais ce ne sont pas 2 vrais lits simples (ces 2 banquettes sont moins larges et plus courtes qu'un vrai lit, et avec une literie de banquette, donc moins confortable qu’un vrai lit). Petit-déjeuner : comparé à d’autres riads (du même tarif) que nous avons testés à Marrakech, le petit-déjeuner est frugal et compté. Vaisselle Ikea, jus d’orange en brique, morceaux de pain de la veille coupés en petits bouts et réchauffés au micro-ondes, portions congrues, etc. Accueil: gentil mais peu chaleureux et peu présent ( quand nous avons quittés le lieu, nous n'avons trouvé personne à saluer).

Nous n avons pas l habitude de laisser des commentaires désobligeants mais il nous paraît important cette fois de partager notre expérience plus que médiocre afin d éviter les mêmes déboires à d autres voyageurs et permettre à l équipe du riad d améliorer son offre. Nous devions rester 3 jours. A notre arrivée le riad paraît accueillant, authentique et bien situé. Mais le chauffage fonctionnait très mal et vu les températures la nuit au Maroc nous avons dû dormir habillé. Le veilleur de nuit a tenté de régler le chauffage mais sans réel changement. Les menuiseries n étant pas étanches la salle de bain était extrêmement froide sans chauffage, les serviettes restaient très humides. Nous avions aussi un problème de debit d eau, seulement un filet d'eau dans la douche. A priori il y avait une fuite non réparée et le problème touchait toutes les chambres. Il a donc fallu composer. Nous avions prévu de manger au riad. Repas dehors à 10 degres. La deuxième nuit le chauffage fonctionnait un peu mieux mais la salle de bain restait glaciale et toujours un filet d eau. A 23h45 il y a eu une coupure électrique dans le riad. Le dernier soir nous n avions plus d eau chaude. Le personnel nous a demandé d attendre le lendemain. Face à chaque difficulté aucune solution nous a été proposée. Au vu du cumul nous avons été contraints de réserver en urgence un autre riad pour le dernier soir et donc payer 2 fois. Les veilleurs étaient sympathiques mais aucun confort durant ce séjour malgré le prix

Le rapport qualité-prix n’est vraiment pas bon. C’est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. Le Riad est certes bien situé, près de la place Jemaa El Fna et des souks de la médina, mais pour y accéder, il faut emprunter des petites ruelles pas très rassurantes, surtout le soir.

Très bon Riad dans l’ensemble, en plein cœur de la médina, nous sommes aux souk en moins de 2 minutes à pied. Personnel très accueillant et à notre écoute, parle français. Propre dans l’ensemble, juste découverte de la présence de 2 cafards à l’entrée du Riad lors de notre dernier jour, ce qui nous a déçu.

Reservamos este Riad por la piscina y al llegar estaba vacía y no pudimos usarla. La habitación era una doble con una cama plegable de la que se le salían los pies a mi hijo. El desayuno correcto pero muy básico y justito. La ubicación es buena pero tardas mucho en salir y entrar por estar en unos callejones sin salida

Cumple para ir a ver ciudad,muy bien limpieza y atención de Said, desayunos caseros, terraza chula,cerca plaza Jemaa el Fna.Como negativo el aspecto malo de las callejuelas hasta que llegas que no hacen justicia a como luego esta por dentro.Por el precio cumple. Tambien destacar que No hay Spa como anuncia y no pude contactar con ellos antes para contratar traslados del aeropuerto,aunque al llegar Sí nos estaban esperando para la entrada.

Mooie Riad. Prima gelegen dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. De service was heel goed. Vriendelijke mensen, doen alles voor je. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar helemaal prima. Alleen de weg ernaar toe is iets minder, kleine achteraf steegjes. Je denkt eerst, waar kom ik terecht, maar als je eenmaal binnenstapt ben je aangenaam verrast.

Dejlig beliggenhed, en rolig oase når man trænger til en pause fra Medinaens larm og “skønne kaos”. Personalet er meget venlige og imødekommende. Fik endda muligheden for at sende privat sms til en, såfremt hun skulle booke en tid til hammam for mig. De arrangerede upåklagelig bagageafhentning og kørsel til lufthavnen til en meget rimelig pris. Sidst men ikke mindst serverede de en skøn myntete.
