The chair is dusty and dirty, have no idea why is was not cleaned. The noise kept disturbing in the entire stay…

The front desk is only covered for limited hours so we were sent information on how to check in, which gives you a link to open the front door and then programme your keys when you’re in. All good, except it was 30+ degrees outside, even hotter in the rooms and no one to ask for a fan. Why there wouldn’t be even a cheap desk fan in a hotel room at 30+ degrees is just poor management. When we enquired the next day we were offered to bring one up to the room and then they didn’t have any left. There is no air con and no fan- embarrassing. The lift broke while we were there and no signs were put on the doors to tell guests the lift was broken. There are lockers for luggage, but these were all full so tough. If you’re one of the lucky ones it’s great, if not, it’s poorly managed and a bit disappointing. The shower doesn’t have a separate shower head, just a rain shower so you have to get your hair wet every time. The location is convenient and the bed comfortable, but the management is poor, communication even worse and wouldn’t stay here again.

Güleryüzlü hizmet için teşekkür ederiz. Hotel merkeze uzak olsa da bulunduğu konum çok sakin ve eğlenceli. Çeşitli ihtiyaçlarımıza güleryüz ile yardımcı oldular. Temizlik konusunda biraz daha önem vermeliler ayrıca terlik de büyük bir ihtiyaç :)

The hotel was excellent. There were only two problems. The hotel is only staffed at reception from 9-5. We had a problem because of a cancelled flight. We did not get in until 11:30. Fortunately, the restaurant was still closing down and someone let us in. The electronic checkin system worked fine. The other problem was the restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay. There were very limited options for other places to eat nearby. The women who staffed reception during the day was very helpful.

Locatie is nabij centrum, maar om hotel te bereiken moet je eerst door een enorme wietlucht. Hotel is erg basis, geen NLD sprekend personeel, bar is op maandag dicht. Kamer is ruim, maar erg basic, zachte bedden, temperatuur is niet te regelen, gordijnen verduisteren niet en daardoor schijnen de aan het hotel bevestigde knipperlampjes er doorheen.

Tæt på centrum men besværligt at komme til da det ligger på en ø som ikke har ret mange broer. Adressen var upræcis så det var svært at finde en mørk januar aften. Uber må ikke køre ind i området så man skal gå et stykke for at blive samlet op. Meget støj på værelserne, blev vækket af naboens alarm :-/ og andre lyde…
