The location is excellent. But the price is a bit high in terms of the size. The room is a dim in general. The overhead exhaust fan dripped in the midnight and hardly fall asleep

Great location near the metro on a pedestrian street with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and cold drinks, fruit and cookies on the upper level were great.

Adoramos esse hotel! Uma boa localização, próximo ao metrô e próximo a Gran Via. No terraço, o hotel oferece café, chás, água e biscoito 24h por dia. O ambiente é muito agradável e muito confortável. Recomendamos muito e com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar por lá!

Não tenho o que reclamar. Funcionarios simpáticos, localização excelente, quarto confortável e espaçoso. Sem contar a cafeteria gratuita que fica no quinto andar. E ah, toda manhã eles deixam água e croissants na porta de cada quarto. Recomendo muito!!

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, perto de duas estações de metrô. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé nos hospedando nesse hotel! As roupas de cama eram muito limpas e cheirosas e adorei o fato deles deixarem um lanche e água na porta do quarto todos os dias. Recomendo muito!

Small but efficient room, location is AMAZING. Water and mini croissants on your door each morning was a nice touch. No closet, but shelves so we packed in cubes and a few hangers. Wish there were knobs on the wall outside the bathroom by the sink for hand towels, robe etc since shelving/storage is minimal. As far as seeing other reviews about the noise, you can hear those in the hallway but it was minimally disruptive. Overall not a deterrent for booking.

This hotel is on a busy shopping street but I didn’t find that off-putting. The location is central - close to the metro stations Tribunal and Chueca. The hotel itself is fairly trendy - staffed by young people who are very helpful and kind. There are no drink-making facilities in rooms, but the fifth floor offers a set of free drinks (cold and hot) 24 hours a day. There are free biscuits in jars and fruit. There is also a seating area where many people gathered in the morning. For many, this will be all that is needed, but there are tons of cafes around, too. FYI - there is a fifth floor terrace to enjoy the night air, although I didn’t use it. The bed was comfy, the room clean, the facilities in the room modern and working perfectly (two different shower heads for a bit of luxury). Every morning there was a paper bag on the outside door handle with water and sometime a pastry. Very welcome. Overall, I’d say this is a good hotel to stay in - it offers everything required for a city stay. Whatever it might not have will not be far away from this location.

The hotel did extraordinary well to accommodate me even though there was a nationwide power outage. Location was perfect for getting around town to site see.
