My time at Echo Suites has been simply great. The ability to have a safe space to rest, rejuvenate and replenish while rebuilding is vitally important. I had the opportunity to even share of my experience with another guest. Her and her husband was in town over the weekend. She had a wonderful stay. Her and her husband enjoyed there time at Echo Suites as well.

It was clean but the whole lobby smelled like cleaning supplies. The floors had hair on them. Laminate flooring is not appealing, carpet even just a simple carpet would be better. The staff seem to be at the desk and cleaning the place at the same time.

There were no utensils/pots and pans. I didn’t need them. Hood light didn’t with but other than that I don’t have anything that I could complain about. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Property was neat and clean. Other guests were polite in public areas. Couldn’t hear anything from adjacent rooms.

I booked and paid in advance for a room with 2 beds, when we arrived late on the day they gave me a room with 1 bed(which didn’t work for us). Called down and was told no other rooms available, not even a second room. I attempted to sleep sitting in a chair. Complained again when checking out, they were to call me and credit me, but nothing yet?????? WTHeck! Hair on shower walls😠- this my bed

I have been staying at Echo Suites for 14 days now. The staff has been very nice and helpful. My room is just right for this transitional and healing period I am in my life. The amenities, are awesome, vedy efficient room. I truly would recommend this place to anyone that is relocating, travelling, or in town on business. It is conveniently located near shops, the interstates I - 26 and I - 85. If, there would be any areas of improvement it would be, that the walls are not thick enough. You can hear and feel the bed hitting against the wall. It's a little uncomfortable. I was awaken by the sounds of initimate relations of couples in the adjourning room. At least they were happy and affectionate toward one another. Differently, I would stay here again!

The property was overall clean, but the room not so much. The shower was dirty, and I refuse to even use it. The remote wouldn’t change the channel. I called the front desk. She came up to help, but overall wasn’t helpful at all. I went downstairs to get batteries for the remote, thinking that the batteries in it may be dead, but the damn remote had a screw in the bottom to prevent from taking the back cover off and changing the batteries. At 5:30 AM, I got woken up by a man screaming, and couldn’t go back to sleep. The whole time in the bed me and my lady felt like we were itching. No visible bugs or anything. I guess it was the discomfort and psychological of the room. They gave us that feeling. I would not stay again! EVER!!!!!!!
