We had a king size corner room on the 9th floor. For Tokyo, this was a larger room which we appreciated. They also had a pack and play set up for our 14 month old which was very helpful! The room itself felt dirty and dusty. The bedding and linens were clean but in the corners of the room and walls of the room there was visible dust. At night we were a bit congested bc of the dust. If you are needing laundry-they don’t have onsite but provided us directions to a coin operated laundromat about a 08 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very continental-luckily convenience stores are all so close and a delicious coffee shop is just across the street of the hotel.

Quiet hotel in a nice neighbourhood and very close to the train station, also walkable to Tokyo Station/Ginza. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was small with tasty bread, but water and coffee was available throughout the day. There's a fridge in the room and the bed was comfortable.
