Not Relaxed

I had to pull over for the night on my way back home. I needed a place to crash for a couple of hours so I didn't care about the amenities, I just needed a clean bed for the night and a shower for the morning. I received neither of those at the Relax Inn. My first issue was that I couldn’t get into my room. The night attendant had to force the door open (at least I knew no one could get in without some force). My second issue was with the cleanliness of the room. Blood splattered on the lamps, there were holes in the walls, and the remote was covered in filth. Congratulations to this motel for making me check for bedbugs before I placed anything down.

Last year we stayed here and everything was fine...this time there was a chair that was so dirty it couldn't be used...the floor was filthy and we needed to wash our feet after walking barefoot..it needed a good mopping...the rest of the room was fine and in good shape...that being said, we still plan to stay here again...no place will be perfect all the time.

Icy parking lot

It was pretty clean..the only thing I could complain about is the parking lol..it was filled with water and ice and with me breaking my back,it wasn't good for me,I almost fell so many times and twisted my back real bad and made me be in so much more pain than needed and was awake all night.. please take care of the problem so that other people do not have same problem. Thank you
