Vackert ställe uppe i moln berg. Molnen låg fram till 11 tiden och sen kom solen. Vi stannade 3 nätter. Maten på restaurangen var väldigt god och service personalen trevliga. Stugan var mysig, öppen spis, två gungstolar framför den. Fanns liten terrass med två stolar och ett bord där jag satt och drack morgonkaffe och tittade på fåglar. Rum städades inte, bäddades inte och det var lite konstigt( vi blev informerade vid ankomsten att det tillkommer en avgift, och det var ingen missförstånd). Hade fantastiskt trevligt och kunnig fågelguide José. Såg mer än 50 olika arter den morgon, o efter det åt vi lunch på lokal restaurang som serverade gudomlig mat.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by forest. Excellent onsite restaurant. Friendly staff and well kept facilities. The location is remote and about 8km of road are not in great condition, be aware of this before booking.

The property is amazing, surrounding nature anywhere you look. Perfect place for a short stay, not much to do out of the hotel grounds. The bar and the restaurant have great food and drink options, not very pricey (drinks are $10-12, main dishes $15-$30 in Dec 2023).

Best anniversary date ever

What an incredible experience! The best staff ever everyone super friendly and helpful! They made our anniversary night super especial! From the spa to dinner to breakfast the best experience! Room amazing ! nice hot tub , amazing fire pit! One of the best hotel experiences ever had and we travel all over the world! Will recommend to everyone to come and stay in this hotel !

Fabulous stay!

Villa Blanca is a fantastic, eco friendly resort located in a cloud rain forest. Extremely customer service focused team, led by Marco E. and staff. Highly recommended and we hope to return in the future. Skilled birding and biologist guides, great trails and a lively spa too! Food quality was exceptional.

Good escape!

The Villa Blanca is an out of the way oasis. However, the road to get there is a Costa Rican nightmare. The new owner hopes to rectify that in the future. The food was very good and service very attentive. There are few activities here, but a wonderful way to relax for a day or two.
