This was the worst experience ever. The environment was loud, unpleasant, and poorly controlled, with guests behaving chaotically, making it feel more like a gang meeting place than a relaxing venue. The spa was cold, and the dry sauna was out of order, yet we were still asked to pay extra. Because the experience was so terrible, we checked out early and booked another hotel.
