Wonderful little B&B

Beautiful little guest house with incredibly friendly owners. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable & was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was quiet & even had air-conditioning. The breakfast tray brought to your room every morning was a very nice change to the dining room experience we're used to......we definitely preferred it. Check in & check out was easy & the addition of a free parking space in the centre of Bath was very handy.

This boutique B&B is comfortable, clean and in a good location within easy walking distance of central Bath. The staff were friendly and efficient and breakfast was nicely presented and tasty. We enjoyed our two night stay, thank you.

Great place to stay, highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights at The Bath House. It’s a great place to stay, very conveniently located for walking into Bath and it has free parking too. The bedroom was very comfortable with good quality bedding. We had breakfast brought to our room every day, with plenty of choice and always delivered at the time we requested. The rooms were very clean and it was very refreshing to have water in a jug and milk in a reusable bottle in the fridge. I think it’s the first place we’ve stayed that didn’t use plastic. Great! The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely B&B in Bath. Our hosts, Sam and Stephanie were friendly and hospitable. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well appointed, with snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. Breakfast was served in the room each morning, and it was very good. Stephanie washed a load of our laundry for a small fee. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk into town. Great stay and great value.

The Bath House was clean and comfortable and extremely convenient for the city centre and all the sights. Sam and Steph were very friendly and welcoming and willing to help with any questions we had. Parking is tight but is definitely a bonus for the centre of Bath. Our room was a bit smaller than I imagined from the photos but was very clean, the bed was comfortable and was well equipped with everything thought of right down to a phone charger plug. Breakfast delivered to our room was lovely, with a choice of options. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

What a find!!

Wonderful, helpful, welcoming staff. They thought of everything we could possibly need! We arrive early and they brought our bags to our room so we could explore Bath. Extremely comfortable stay and delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay there again! Wonderful experience!
