Not so great stuff: Our room was on the 3rd floor which was difficult b/c we had 4 suitcases to haul up. The bathroom was very small and shower was tiny. Would like to have had 2 towels per person. Good Stuff: The room was very cute and the bed was quite comfortable. There were 2 down pillows and 2 foam pillows. There was a table and 2 chairs which were necessary because they bring your breakfast to your room every morning which was quite a luxury. EXCELLENT breakfast! Location was good--about 10 minute walk to Roman Baths and Pump Room. Refrigerator in room and 2 robes provided which was handy! Overall liked it a lot and would stay again.
