Everything was really nice, location is great, I had to catch a train early in the morning and it only took me 10 minutes to reach the station! Room has coffee, tea and water provided. The Members treatment was especially nice and not expected! They provide lockers if needed at arrival and check out so if you are in a hurry you can just drop them there for free and come back later, so convenient!

Beautiful room in a very popular Venice street! Staff both onsite and through the chat was very kind and helpful!! The room was clean and comfortable! Thank god heating was working perfectly because it was freezing outside! Will definitely try Numa again soon!!

Lovely rooms design, location and workers. The whole hotel was very clean and well kept! Loved the free washing-machine and dryer! Definately a place I felt at home at. Close to the main attractions and easy to reach from the station. A lot of nice spots for food and drinks around and conviniently located near the vaporetto stop of San Marcuola. We will definitely be back!

The actual stay was excellent, once we had accessed the property. Unfortunately Expedia do not allow other companies such as Numa to access their customers emails and mobiles. This was a problem because Numa send their access information, including codes to the property via WhatsApp. We turned up at the building unable to enter. Eventually, after excellent communication with Numa (and a helpful young couple!) we were able to access the property and had no further problems. The property is right on the Main Street and a canal, so everything was nearby and the view from our balcony was amazing. It was very clean and extra towels, sheets etc were available as were lockers so we could leave our luggage after we had checked out. Numa were on hand 24/7 and always answered messages promptly. There were cooking and eating facilities if you wished to use them, in a communal area. This was always spotlessly clean. We loved this apartment and would recommend it, it is traditional and an old building so if this is not your thing then this is not for you, but we loved it’s character and quirkiness. We would certainly stay there again if we return to Venice,

This digital system gives you a code to use to enter the building and for your room. I am a solo female traveller and at 9:20pm A MAN ENTERED MY ROOM WITH THE CODE ACCESS! I am thankful he was just as scared as me and he quickly left. The digital system is flawed and the codes for the rooms SHOULD NOT WORK for more than one room. I tried to alert the hotel but I just got an automated response which was not helpful at all!!!
