On our trip to/from Spain this is where we (my dog and I) always stop for a night. The staff are very friendly and is well-located for our purposes.

Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks with big piles of dust everywhere and many stains on the carpets. Although the sheets and pillow covers were clean, the pillows themselves were covered in saliva stains from (I assume) multiple people. The breakfast was quite basic (no hot food .. unless you count toast as hot) although the many flies seemed to be enjoying it. All this being said, the staff were very nice and friendly.

Note

We slept over just one night, the bed was very comfortable and the room clean. The breakfast was nice,I think a bit expensive.

Reception spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK also. The only negative thing that comes to mind is, like in all French hotels, the overwhelming smell of cleaning products is almost too much to bear:/

6/10 Good

The hotel is well located for someone who travels through France on the way to or from Spain, seeking to rest there before the trip continues. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is basic but used to be a favourite of mine because it had a decent restaurant on the premises. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed this time and I had to leave the hotel again in order to have dinner.

Some strange noises coming from unknown sources, maybe a boiler/ water heater? I would prefer more neutral cleaning products, the smell can be a bit too much even if you’re not allergic. Bathtub is very slippery and there is water damage in the bathroom door. Breakfast is ok, good secure parking.
