Terrific boutique hotel located 5 min from Vail. Rooms were small but cozy and comfortable. Cute hotel great for a romantic weekend. I checked the rates for winter if you book in advance, you can get great deal's compared to staying in Vail Village. pb

Room was very clean and comfortable. I loved that they provided robes for the hot tub. The whole property looks really nice and sitting outside by the river is great. It would have been nice if the fireplace was going in the lobby as it started to get colder at night.

The hotel was very charming. Parking was easy and it was located close to some great hikes and the town of Vail. The room was very clean. There is no AC in the summer but they did provide a fan. It was a little hot but not unbearable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They were also easily able to accommodate our late check in.

We loved our stay at the Eagle River Inn. My daughter and I both commented on how nice the bedding was. It felt like being wrapped in a cloud. The hotel was clean, the continental breakfast was a nice start to the day. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Minturn.

This hotel was very beautiful, clean, relaxing, comfortable.. I would have liked tv in the room but for the most part enjoyable and would stay again.. the room was comfortable even with no A/C, the fan in the window got the room to 69 degrees in July.

From the moment we checked in the ambiance was relaxing, welcoming and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and the outdoor seating for morning coffee. Both staff and breakfast were excellent! Highly recommend if you are looking for more of a modern bed and breakfast stay for a couple!

Hesitate to make a review for this hotel. They were very nice and accommodating and we only wish we could have stayed longer - a hidden jewel for sure. One piece of advice that we have for this hotel is that they should offer to sell ice cream as no other facility in all of Minturn has such a place. Overall this was a great stay and could not be happier with our choice.

Lovely boutique hotel; small and quaint. Also enjoy the town of Minturn. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely setting by the river; some traffic noise from the main road into Minturn, but the setting made up for it. Breakfast was just right: ham & cheese pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit, granola. Decaf coffee would have been a nice option for those of us who don't do caffeine. Overall, enjoyed my stay.
