10/10 Exceptional

I love the friendly people I met here and the beds are comfortable. Only funny thing was the bathrooms/showers are shared between both genders.. was not a big deal though. Perfect location for a good price.
Shelby, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I’ve stayed in many hostels and this was by far my favorite. The bed was very comfortable and the space was very clean. With almost 30 people staying in one room, it was always quiet and calm. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for me - I like to be close to the hustle and bustle but not right in the middle. This hostel was a couple of block away from the crowds - close enough to get to in 5min but also calm when I wanted to retreat.

8/10 Very good

My only complaint would be that there isn’t really space for luggage’s. Other than that it was a great stay!
Elizabeth, 3-night trip

Great place for a 1-day stay. Close to everything you need. Self-serve. Easy check in. Quiet place despite sharing rooms with other guests. Will come back to stay on this hostel again.

10/10 hostel, perfect location, amazing helpful and friendly staff, good dining options nearby and the shinjuku golden gai and clubbing area is a 5mn walk away. Super close to shinjuku station as well. Highly recommend! :)

Clean property
Rikka, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Really nice stay, location and cleanliness are perfect. Only thing would be the pod get hot especially if your on top bunk and the heater is on and heat rises so without a fan/ac it lacks circulation in the pod. I would stay here again. Also like the self check in, our flight landed late and was able to check in with no issues
Michael, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

First time staying in a capsule. I think it was very efficient, I stayed 6 days, close to restaurants, close to the subway station, near Shinjuku main area, and staff cleaned the entire facility everyday so it was clean everyday. I would recommend it to travelers who are mainly interested on getting to know Tokyo and don’t plan to stay in the hotel most of the day. Wifi worked great, washer and drier worked well. 5/5
Alfonso, 6-night trip

6/10 Good

It was okay for what your are paying for, just dont expect to be getting all the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel.
James Robert, 19-night trip

8/10 Very good

It is safe.cameras operate 24/7 and you can enter with a personal password in the dormitory. There is space for your luggage to be close to you and enough showers and wc. Unfortunately no lounge but the location of the hostel is good.very close to the shinjuku square and the metro stations without the noise.i would stay again
ELEFTHERIOS, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice location

I like it because it is very near to the area center and it is clean, with all necessary amenities provided. There are toothbrush /toothpaste, face towel and bath towel, and a pair of ear plug provided. Bath rooms and toilets are clean and pleasant. The only thing is that there is no hot drinking water provided
Cheng soon, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

No drinking water. Lights are never turned off inside the rooms.
Arthur, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

For a Japanese hostel, this place is bad. They provide a bed and a bathroom, but lack the small elements that make a reasonable place to stay. There is no common area to meet other hostel goers, no couches where you can hang out or work. They don’t even offer ice or filtered water.
Antung, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I don't like. So hot and dirty
