Great boutique hotel, close to downtown!

We stayed for one night, came to town for a concert and the staff was amazing, and check in and check out was a breeze and everything was done through text messages. Only thing to “complain”, was that parking is very limited, so we had to park in the street, but other than that, it was a great stay! Oh and they gave us free wine and beer in the evening, right before our concert, so that was amazing!

Parking was easy and convenient, and the location is in a walkable area, which made exploring the surroundings a pleasure. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I pleasantly surprise at this Gem in Dallas. It was awesome. The staff was so helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Water pressure was wonderful . They have coffee/Tea in the rooms, water cooler, ice machine and microwave on the first floor . The hotel has charm and personality. I highly recommend a stay.

An amazing experience from start to finish! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the outstanding customer service to the beautiful and unique interior design, everything was just perfect. The atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel like you’ve been transported somewhere else — it’s stunning! What stood out the most was the cleanliness and that bed… seriously one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! The room temperature was also super comfortable, which was a big plus considering the Dallas heat. The girls at the front desk were amazing — they answered my messages right away and helped me with all my questions. I traveled with a friend and we both agreed: next time we’re in Dallas, we’re definitely staying here again!

Honestly, one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at a long time the staff the service, the aesthetics decoration all just awesome Unfortunately, we are there just for a show at the Kessler, which is conveniently very close but we got to the hotel at 6:30 went straight to the venue sleep and left the next morning at seven hence why I say unfortunate because we didn’t get the full experience of the hotel Definitely be coming back to the Kessler and other music events in the area and will definitely be staying here again. Looking forward to it.

Omg the property (INSIDE) was extremely gorgeous, love it. The outside however…this property is sandwiched between residential homes and across the street from a school. The view from my room was…laughable honestly. I open the curtains & to my surprise it’s someone’s home with beat up broken down cars in the yard and CHICKENSSS roaming free lol.

Stay Here!

A unique experience in a very quiet, relaxing environment that I would highly recommend. The rooms are small but very well appointed. The only thing missing was a microwave, but we didn’t need one so it was ok. Lots of history and period decorations. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Our only request was ice. They even had a happy hour. I like the text communication and the codes for the doors.

Got to the hotel. Code to open the door from the parking lot to the hotel did not work. Cold outside. Called the hotel. No answer. Had to walk around to the front of the hotel. Nobody at front desk. Hotel is interesting. Beds are comfortable. But the service is lacking. And sound from other rooms easily heard.
