Nice new bathrooms. Stayed in one room that accommodated my family of six nicely and as an added bonus it had two bathrooms. Will stay again next time we pass through area

Place is a little dated, although it appears they are redoing somethings. The bathroom had new shower sink toilet and new flooring. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Its tucked away and quiet with plenty of restaurants within a mile or two. Would stay again.

Great value, personable owner oversaw everything. Not fancy, not everything brand new. If you want that along with the highest quality bath products, pick a different place. If you're looking for something comfortable and friendly, stay here. There was HBO, and breakfast food available around the clock.

Great check in and front staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, clean, and quiet! Would highly recommend this hotel and will DEFINITELY stay here again when back in town!

8/10 Very good

The South Ridge Inn was the first stop on our cross-country tour. It was clean and easily accessible from I-80 yet far enough away that it was very quiet. While not hyper-modern, the room-quality was high and all the amenities were comfortable and well-maintained. It's always nice to have breakfast included! We had dinner at the Gourme' Diner right across the parking lot and even though we were the last customer, the food quality and portions were amazing and the service was top-notch.

This would be my top recommendation if you needed a place for a night or two, before a flight or whatever. It is no frills and decent priced. Everyone that works there is helpful and it is better than any other hotel in the area around this price (in my opinion)

Staff was super friendly. Local food options were numerous. Breakfast was pretty limited, but the restaurant 120 ft away was very good.

6/10 Good

I'd have to say this place is just a step up from the Motel 6 nextdoor. The lobby was okay but, the carpeting up the stairs and in the hallway were pretty dirty. However, the actual room was pretty clean. The sheets were clean, the mattress did have an unknown dark stain on the side of it poking out from under the sheets. As for breakfast there, we never ate there. Overall I give it 3 out of 5 stars. Not too bad for the price.

This was a great tactical stay for me. I was in Cleveland for a concert coming in from Chicago and I wanted to be able to check-in and out without having to fight through traffic going into Cleveland and this is in the west side of the city. It was a great budget stay and definitely an option to consider when I am in town again. Room was comfy and non-fussy, staff were great.

The owner and staff were excellent. The place is being renovated and working to improve the appearance. They work very hard and keep the place clean. Very fair priced while being renovated.

Waste baskets that hadn’t been emptied. Peeling paint on the walls and a GFIC outlet that looked like it was busted. The room was quiet, and the bedroom was comfortable.

My stay was very good. There’s not an elevator, so heads-up if that’s a priority for you. The manager is wonderfully friend along with according, He makes you feel valued as a guest. The beds are comfortable and water pressure in the shower is amazing! Breakfast is very basic continental, which was perfectly fine for my needs. This is not a high end hotel nor is it advertised as such, but it’s comfortable, in a safe area, clean, and restaurants in walking distance. I will not hesitate to stay again!

Staff is very nice and friendly. The place is a bit old, but for the price it's OK.
