Terrific value! Clean! Friendly! Comfortable! Convenient location in heart of historic district. Older hotel refreshed well. We will eagerly choose again in four months when returning for a family wedding.

The location simply cannot be beat! In the heart of the riverfront, we didn’t use our cars (free parking in an attached lot) the entire weekend. I’ll stay there again if I get the chance to visit LaCrosse again.

Tile around the toilet was loose and you could pull the tiles up. Toilet paper dispenser was broken. Could not adjust the shower temperature cool enough to use it unless it was basically off. Lock on the bathroom door had been removed. TV didn’t work and had to be reset.

We enjoyed the location as access to 3rd street and downtown was a short walk. There is some parking at the front (free), but the majority of parking can be found in the garage attached to the hotel. Only complaint was with the shower. The water was so hot that you could not stand under it. We were told by others that they had a similar experience.

The employees were very helpful with how to use the ramp to get free parking and with any other questions we had. We received snack bags upon arrival and free continental breakfast, which included eggs, sausage and waffles in the restaurant (which was not currently open). The location is tops and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

I loved the access to downtown LaCrosse. The bed was comfortable and it was pretty clean in general. It is an older building so there is that and we went to breakfast later but before the end time and there was nothing left. It seems as if they should have someone keep up with that.

Great stay in a quant town. We had to stay overnight in LaCrosse for a conference and choose this place for a reasonable price for one night. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, no complaints! Well, except for when we got there all the parking spots were used up and we had to park on the street - but it was the weekend and there weren't paid meters like in the cities so it wasn't a problem!
