I had a great stay at Blloku Unique Apartments. The communication with the property owner was perfect from start to finish — very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Blloku, with plenty of great cafés, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. Skanderbeg Square is also only around 15 minutes away on foot, which makes it very convenient for exploring Tirana. I can definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

Very good experience overall. The apartment is in a perfect location in the Blloku area, on a quiet street with plenty of shops, cafés and bars within a short walking distance. It was easy to find and communication with the owner regarding check-in was smooth and straightforward. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms and two separate toilets, one of which includes a shower. There is also an excellent seafood restaurant nearby called Taverna Peshkatari, which I highly recommend. It serves the best seafood pasta I have ever had. The restaurant was recommended by a local colleague and the recommendation was absolutely spot on.

Big clean and modern 2 bed apartment, great location. Only thing to note is the location given in the booking phase was not the actual spot for the apartment, but instead we had like 10mins walk from the location given to the actual apartment, which caused some hassle for us with the suitcases etc.

Host provided excellent instructions on how to find the apartment. Once inside the apartment I was surprised at how spacious and modern it was. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want. Location is great, easily within walking distance to all the local sights you would want to see. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

We loved the proximity to Skanderbeg Square, restaurants & other attractions. Parking was readily available at the stadium 5 minutes away. The property itself was clean & comfortable. The 1 and a half bath rooms were nice to get 4 people ready to go quickly! Thank you for a lovely stay - we enjoyed our time in Tirana!

Jag kommer tillbaka!

Jättebra område, suverän kommunikation med värden, fint boende, härlig dusch, fanns en stor vattenflaska på köksbänken vid ankomst, video och information om att hitta boendet när jag checkade in mitt i natten utan wifi. STORT TACK!!

The owner was a very nice person. Even though we arrived late, his son didn't mind. The house was very clean and modern. We were very pleased.

The property was really nice inside and the host was very quick to reply. It was very spacious and comfortable. Their was a mild smell from the bathroom drains but having the extractor fans on reduced this. It was not a big problem and i would definitely use it again.
