We took a chance on this property, since it was close to the clinic we went to. I have to say we ended up very happy and pleased with this decision. First off, two thumbs up to the classy staff who were very helpful and kind to us. Especially Mr Edier Montoya who went all out to answer our questions and help us find our way within Medellin and made us feel at home all the way through. Also the location of the hotel is close to the great shopping malls (El Molino, Santa Fe, El Dorado among others) and very close to good restaurants. It also features a small mini market, pizza place and chicken parlour, which are always welcome. The rooms have kitchen with a stove, oven, pots and pans, cutleries, glasses, fridge, hot water. A mini bar and snacks are also present. Furthermore it has a sitting room/dining room, half a bathroom and balcony. Daily cleaning, hot water in the bathroom (bath room is kinda small), the sitting room.dining room tend to get hot during the day since it has no air conditioning, so you might want to open the windows in there. The buffet breakfast was simple but satisfying (fresh orange juice, fruits, milk, tea, coffee, yogurts, breads, croissants, cheese, ham, homemade marmalades, cereals, omelet station. The restaurant's menu is straight forward but good, from meat, to poultry, to fish and crabs and soups. Too bad there was no 24 hour room service. But all and all we left with very good memories and pleased with the amiability and excellent service.

Nice hotel, good value for the area clean rooms breakfast was great, staff was friendly, so we decided to book more days on the return portion of our trip thru the area. Wifi was great too.
