It was a strange motel, no staff present on the property at all. I had to call a number on the front door to get the code to be let into our room. That being said, it was a great and comfy king bed and a good stay over all.

This property has a virtual front desk, so all communication happens through the app, I didn't have any issue getting into the room, the bed was soft, the room was clean, it's an older property but it's been updated well.

Virtual réception is useless. You could at least send us the room nbr and the code before our arrival. On top of that, the door was very hard top open. Without the help of an american people to call u and the housekeeper to show us how to open the door, we would have ended up sleeping in the parking lot.

Room was clean, large, and cute. Staff was very responsive and kind, so the virtual front desk was no problem. It had everything we needed. It kinda felt like it was an old motel with a makeover, which isn’t bad; it just needs a *little* more upgrading like plumbing (the toilet barely flushed), better outlet placement, and some hooks to hang stuff on in the bathroom.
