First time travelers to Jeonju and extremely impressed. For us, we traveled with a toddler and chose the traditional room which was beautiful and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the floor mattress provided for our toddler. The cleaning crew was very kind and helpful to remove trash in regular basis (diapers) while also trying to prioritize sustainability and not being wasteful. We also utilized the laundry units which the staff helped us too. The location was central and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping districts. The restaurant on first floor was great for breakfast and we also dined at the rooftop bar. The food both places was wonderful and tasty. Overall very pleased and will be staying again. Highly recommend.

Additionally, guests are not allowed to take coffee from the breakfast bar to their rooms, which I found inconvenient.
