"Room and bed nice enough. Super unusual and difficult to use tech (I’m in my 30s). Impossible to adjust lighting. Terrible bathroom lighting for shaving / makeup with dumb ring light built into mirror. Lamp in corner unplugged with nowhere to plug it in. Elevators are baffling to use. Have to reserve a “slot” at the pool for an hour in advance and it’s full of screaming children even though there is a policy against thing at most times. You have to pay extra to use the sauna. Gym is tiny (looks big in pictures) and equipment is modern but not useful. For the price, not good. "
