Excellent location and superb staff

Ideal location, close to all main attractions in Lisbon. The hotel staff was super helpful and attentive and made the stay even more enjoyable! Pet friendly, very clean and even though it's in the heart of the city, it feels like a sanctuary once you're inside thanks to the soundproof windows.

Fabulous City Hotel

This is a fabulous gem of a hotel in a perfect location. Sarah on reception could not have done more to help when I messed up the booking. She also made us dinner reservations. So helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the room to relax and eat in is gorgeous.

The hotel is very charming and tastefully decorated, including a bright, inviting, and cute breakfast area. Dietary restrictions were generously accommodated and the breakfast was great. The hospitality and warmth of the staff is unmatched, with special kudos to George who went above and beyond and in the most genuine way. Cozy, but noisy area

Pros: The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The interior is cozy and stylish. Cons: The area that the hotel is in is loud and dirty. There’s a street food hall across from the hotel, where trucks delivering food and goods arrive from early morning. They honk when they arrive, so prepare to hear a lot of honking. On Fridays and Saturdays there’s a lot of noise from a nearby nightclub playing loud music with bass until 5 AM.
