Checking in was a breeze since we’d already done the online check-in. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The only downside was the wifi in room number 5 (it’s the furthest away from the lift and the signal is weak). Overall, it was a great stay!

Like new,easy, good setup with kitchenette and washer/dryer. Very close to the Reina Sofia, lots of restaurant and grocery store choices.

Our apartment was excellent, the kitchen contained everything you could possibly need, including a full washer dryer and a dishwasher. The bed and bedding were immaculate and comfortable. The climate control was great and silent. There is a lift to all floors. A small supply of coffee, tea etc was provided and there is a small cupboard containing extra in the foyer, so long as you don't abuse the system! There is some city noise in the evenings but disposable ear plugs are provided. TIP: Download the Sonder app, the on-site manager will answer any queries you may have immediately. There is a Lidl immediately underneath the building, excellent for breakfast pastries and wine!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was modern and clean. The is water on tap in the lobby. There are storage lockers in the lobby if you arrive early. Our room had a washer/dryer which was unexpected positive. The TV was modern and permitted stream from our phones. All the amenities are here. Upon arrival, our air conditioner was not working. One phone call and they got it working right away. The staff are very responsive. There is also a grocery store on the main level if you choose to eat in your room. Room has a full kitchen.

Hotel room is new and clean, AC works great. It comes with kitchen so you can cook in the hotel room if you don't feel like eating out, perfect for family with babies. There's a supermarket within walkable distance. Reminder to have dinnerwares ready as the room doesn't provide any. Overall a great hotel to stay at.

A very handy location for tourist visiting

The accommodation is of high standard and the contactless dealings with check in etc. made it easy. One slight downside was the lack of soundproofing from the road, it sounded like we had a window open. Ear plugs were supplied but not needed as it was quiet at night.

Wonderful!

The room is spacious! The people are nice and easily accessible via text from Sonder app. The location is also great near wonderful museums and restaurants. Still need work on cleaning service availability and access to extra supplies such as towels.
