Checkin was easy and staff are all very helpful and friendly. No noise complaints and decently priced for the area. Only complaint is the AC shuts off when you’re nit in the room as electricity is controlled by key card and we were only given one card at checkin.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, which keeps us coming back. The only issues we experienced during this stay were that our room was never serviced, and the internet connection was poor and unreliable. Aside from those inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay and look forward to returning.

I loved how helpful and welcoming everyone was. I would definitely come back here! There is valet parking. Please tip them because they go above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. I appreciated the staff at the front desk as well. They made sure to answer all our questions I had (in broken Spanish) and greeted us with friendly faces. It can be a little overwhelming driving into central Tijuana but I promise you the people will make sure you’re taken care of. There’s amazing tacos and brunch 5-10 minutes away. Go explore Tijuana! It’s amazing!
