Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well presented and clean. The facilities are also well maintained. Ideal location right on the beach and with a number of restaurants up the road.

A very clean and well maintained hotel. Our room was a double with a double balcony overlooking a garden and pool and sea. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean and everything worked well. Room smelt a little moldy when we first entered and not sure if the tiles were stained or meant to be that colour. They did have 4 different pools which had some great features including swim up bar, mini cave, built in concrete lounges / lazy boy in the side of the pool and spa like sections. The resort had good seating options from lounges, covered day beds, outdoor settings etc... around the pools and throughout the resort including two cabanas in the ocean you could swim to. Best thing was the spa - massage prices were average for 4.5 star hotel but the spa was lovely with large clean rooms containing own spa baths and showers. I like the way the resorts in this part of Sanur back up to their own private beach, no haggling so you can relax but still enough stores around to shop if you want. The breakfast was good, they provided a small afternoon tea and they had a few options for happy hour with 2 for one cocktails. I was surprise they didn't sell Bintang and found their restaurant prices to be high, in some cases being 50 - 80% more than near by resorts. Found neighboring resorts to be cheaper for food, alcohol and have more entertainment. Before staying here again I would compare the rate of the neighboring resorts first.

Very good transit hotel with free shuttle between hotel and the airport every 30min. Very convenient if flying to other islands in Indonesia. Very nice pool and comfortable big bed. Amenities are standard “crabtree and evenly” hilton products and the breakfast is ample and varied with European and Asian fair. Very good and very reasonably priced in February when we were there. Recommended.

Overall dispointment two nights stay and unfriendly staff, nousy noise at night.
