Cute stay, but better options available

Hotel was clean and grounds maintained but it’s small. Limited parking and an extremely small “common area” that was more of a break room for the employees with limited amenities. Didn’t use the community pool since we had our own plunge pool in our villa. Water in the shower didn’t get too hot, but was spacious. Amazing view of the volcano was the best part of the place. Avoid the restaurant they send you to for breakfast, you can find way better and way cheaper options by driving down to another Soda. We loved La Hormiga. Overall a good affordable find as long as you aren’t looking for a hotel with many amenities.

Very nice place to stay in La Fortuna, supermarket, restaurants in walking distance, friendly staff, beautiful rooms with direct view to the volcano, the breakfast is served in a place nearby where you have a very simple breakfast but you can observe the birds during your breakfast, worth to go

Very nice property - new, amazing views. It is off- the main road, so there is a bit of a dirt road to get to it. Breakfast is available at another hotel - can walk there. Overall, nice service and facility. Everything stayed damp and didnt dry during our stay - it's just part of the dampiness in the air, even in the dry season.

This was the nicest place that I stayed during a 10 day trip to Costa Rica (out of 5 different places)! Check-in information is all provided via email, the room (I had a second floor suite) had an amazing balcony with a view of the Arenal Volcano and the bathroom was massive. Bonus points - it had hot water and Air Conditioning!

Very spacious room that was well appointed. The staff was very friendly. Breakfasts were a quick walk away and so tasty and you are treated to a wonderful bird show- they have feeders out and they attract many beautiful birds. We enjoyed walking the little trail there at breakfast also. We also loved the dinner from the Soda at the end of the street- great, cheap meal!! Room and property were very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

The outdoor shower surrounded by plants was a highlight, making me feel close to nature. The room was very clean and the private garden with the volcano view added a peaceful touch. The staff were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for a relaxing escape!

Highly recomended!

I loved the blend between design and nature of this place. The semi-outdoor shower makes the best of both worlds - an outdoor shower, without all the bugs. The garden were also very nice and the staff super helpful.
