The hotel is located right next to the Marriott. Although street parking may not be feasible if you park Valet with Marriott, currently it's $27. The location is walking distance to restaurants and for us, attending the festival was perfect. The location for beach and sunseekers is a plus. The room was comfortable and clean. We will return. was perfect. Sanrecommend to use the Valet Parking inarriott. Currently it's $27.

It’s a local hotel in condado I’ve been staying at since 1999. It’s located on Ashford Ave in condado about 60 feet away from the beach! It’s close to Walgreens and walking distance many bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating!

Old and neglected room. Contour sheet felt like sandpaper. There was no cover sheet just a light blanket. The A/C worked well and there was enough sand on the floor that it felt like walking on the beach.
