The front door lock to get into the property was broken and I was expected to just jiggle the key until maybe at some point it would open. It was very unsafe. The front door to the unit had a big hole in it from the hallway into the unit. I was told I'd get my money back and still haven't seen it. I had to book an alternate place to stay because I couldn't safely get into this property. The whole process of getting the key in a totally different place and then having to go back to the property was also way out of line with what I've experienced with apartment type lets in the past. Horrible experience. Horrible.
