The service was excellent. After checking out, we stored our luggage, and when we went to pick it up, the front desk proactively gave us two bottles of water. Room service was prompt as well (usually within 15 miuntes). Also, the room design was very good, featuring an electric stove and a European-style bathtub, which were very aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the location is very close to major subway lines 1 and 2, which is very convenient for traveling to Notre Dame and old montreal.

Its a nice hotel. But it is still under construction and there wasnt any notice of that befofe I booked it. Gym says its open 24/7, but its not finished yet so its actually closed 24/7 right now. The pool is also not done and the elevators are kind of dusty.

Hotel is definitely not at the 4 star level yet and quite frankly shouldn’t be accepting guests at this time. The hotel pool & gym are closed while the hotel is being renovated, these are key amenities that were only disclosed upon check in. The receptionist smiled and said “You could always just get a 7 day free trial pass from good life down the street”. Not the type of response you’d expect from an aspiring 4 star hotel nor something GoodLife would be happy to hear. Multiple floors in the hotel are still in the early stages of renovation and it was impossible to work from my room due the heavy construction noise levels from drills and hammers throughout the day. Moreover, during my 2 night stay, my room was also never cleaned nor serviced by housekeeping (I asked that they return after lunch as I would be out the rest of the day and later into the evening for a conference but they bet returned). The only saving grace was that I paid 50% of their listed $450 dollar per night rate through hotels.com. Much better options in the area for $450 per night and I would avoid this hotel until their renovation is complete.

The room was great, spacious and clean. The staff was amazing and very professional. A very nice selection of drinks. We didn't have much time to explore the amenities but we will definitely come back. Congratulations for the awesome staff and the great experience.

La propiedad es muy acogedora, muy estilo Frances y el servicio fue bastante bueno. Las habitaciones muy limpias y en general todo está muy limpio y agradable. Las amenidades de gran nivel. Si pretendes estar cerca del centro de Montreal, este lugar está perfectamente ubicado.

We didn’t have a free breakfast but had brunch at the restaurant in the hotel and it was fantastic. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The pool would have been better to be both in and outdoor as it was way too cold to swim outside while we were there. The location was great and close to tons of shopping. The maid service was on and off. Was good one day and then the next when left a higher tip, they didn’t stock up the sugar or water. The staff at the front desk was always wonderful and pleasant to deal with.

The hotel itself was very beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We were never informed prior to booking or at check in that there was active construction taking place. Instead, we were handed a paper apologizing for the inconvenience. Once in our room, the noise was extremely loud and sounded like drilling directly above us. The same drilling started again the next morning at 8:00 AM and woke us up. Had we known about the construction in advance, we would not have booked this hotel. Staff communication was also lacking. We arrived early knowing our room likely would not be ready, which was completely fine. When we asked about parking and whether we could park early, we were told yes but given no direction or explanation. The staff member simply stood there. When I followed up asking about valet parking, she again said yes and pointed to someone nearby rather than clearly explaining the process or offering assistance. While the property itself is visually stunning, the lack of transparency and poor communication left a negative impression. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

全体的に良いホテルではありましたが、支払の詳細の説明なくクレジットカードを要求され、その後も何が支払われて何がデポジットされたのかこちらから聞かないと説明がなかったことが不満な点でした。また、連泊しましたがお水の補充無し、ケトルは言わないと借りられない、2名で泊まったのにスリッパが1セットしか用意されていないといった点も気になりました。
