I liked virtually everything in this hotel (Park Inn by Radisson Nevsky). The hotel is unique in the combination of the following features: 1) This is a 4-star hotel that is reasonably priced. 2) The hotel's location is ideal -- exactly in the center of the city. The hotel is quiet and safe at the same time. 3) This is not a mini hotel.

The Radisson Park Inn is in a very central location, staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to get around extremely well. Metro station, shopping centres, restaurants and of course many sites nearby.

Orbitz asked the hotel to cancel my reservation because my flight was canceled. When a flight is canceled, the hotel must be canceled automatically. However, Orbitz keeps stating the hotel was nonrefundable. No hotel is non-refundable in the world. For Orbitz it is. Orbitz has not resolved my problem. Now is asking how my stay was. Never order flight=hotel through Orbitz. The hotel was supposed to email its refund decision. I have not received it. Try not to stay at Park Inn by Radisson Nevsky.

Dont go by the brand name of Radisson. It really fails to meet any basic expectations. Worst service, worst hospitality, pathetic rooms,disgusting housekeeping and many more. Just a complete avoid! Better to stay on a road than staying in this filthy hotel
