Brilliant stay. All staff were friendly and courteous. We left our bag there before check in and also after check out which was a brilliant perk. The room was amazing and the toiletries were lovely - the handwash smelt devine. Breakfast was good, plenty of options but it was very busy so things did run out but the staff were very quick to refill them. Handy location for the train station. Would stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The only negative comment was that we were expecting the room to be made up on a daily basis and it was only later, when we read the leaflet given to us on check-in did we discover that this only occurs on a weekly basis. It would have been helpful if this was highlighted when we checked in.

This hotel was extremely well located. The staff were super from housekeeping , dining and bar to front desk. We loved our room. Spacious and comfortable. Plus had a coffee pod machine. However there was no light where the machine was so it made it difficult to see how to use it. Also the breakfast was very tired and cold. What could have been a very good buffet turned out disappointing. Otherwise we really liked the entire experience.
