Very helpful, welcoming, clean& comfortable.

Good sized room well equipped. A bit dated but very clean.

Boxmoor lodge is a lovely place that was clean and comfortable however the web site lead us to believe that the restaurant and bar would be open and a cooked breakfast available. I am aware things change at this time but think the website should have reflected the service that was on offer.

Just needed to somewhere to stop over, to break a journey up & this place was perfect, convenient location, super friendly greeting at reception. They provided a really good breakfast goodie bag which kept me going for nearly 3 days! The room was clean & presentable, so no problems whatsoever.

Stray was very pleasant and comfortable the only downside was that we didn’t get a full English breakfast in the morning Which we was looking forward too

Great staff. Easy parking and convenient. Food was great in the evening as well as breakfast. Rooms a little basic but adequate for an overnight stay. Will stay again.

Boxmoore Lodge is a beautiful little piece of splendid personality. The rooms are comfortable. The Gironde are extraordinary. And the bar and restaurant are wonderful because the owner Mark is genuinely interested in making sure that your time at Boxmoore Lodge is as perfect as it can be!

Clean and good staff but very dated. Bed was particularly uncomfortable well below that you find in a premier inn or travel lodge. Just needs a refresh then would be a top notch place to stay.
