Lovely hotel. Staff very pleasant, rooms cleaned every day. 3 pools, one indoor which is very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay, but one thing to complain about is the food. Do not book any food, it really is awful, a couple of restaurant staff were very rude and signs everywhere about being careful about food portion sizes. The hotel is situated next door to restaurants, and are very good at low cost. Dont eat meals at the hotel, would rate the food as 1 star and im being generous.

A fantastic hotel

We had a great time, the staff were wonderful and the hotel did not disappoint! The pool was relaxing and being able to relax on the balcony, looking out onto the sea was perfect. We also had breakfast which was tasty and there was a great array of food! We couldn’t fault our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Myself and my daughter (20s 50s)stayed in this Lovely hotel across the road from the beach we had a free room upgrade it was beautiful had a sea view and felt very lucky .. staff were friendly and helpful. Most the people were older and some very friendly but some were rude and seemed to think they owned the sunbeds which we experienced on first day so it put us off and we stayed on the beach rest off our short stay but clean hotel and lovely staff rooms.

Could not fault the hotel. Booked breakfast and evening meal, plenty of choice every day, above average for the normal all inclusive meals, ate out some nights and felt we’d missed out by not eating at the hotel. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was beautiful with amazing views. Had a fantastic welcome from the young lady on reception who was as excited for us to be there as we were. Couldn’t fault any of the staff, all very helpful and served with a smile. Don’t know if there was any evening entertainment, if there was it wasn’t advertised and would have been inside so not my cup of tea on holiday. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a junior suite and really liked the room. The room was facing the sea, comfortable and no disturbances from other guests. The only negative was the tv kept turning itself on in the middle of the night and seemed to have a mind of its own! No biggie. Highly recommend the rooftop bar this was fantastic! Wellness room is also great! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location! About half way between Los Boliches and Fuengirola, so you get the best of both. We travelled in November and the majority of the guests were over 65, so the evening bar entertainment was mainly for them. This didn’t bother us as there is so many bars and restaurants all around to choose from. We had self catering.

Nice hotel, cleaning and upgrade could be better

They forgot to clean our room two days in a row, we had no clean towels and no toilet paper, which we asked for. We didn’t get upgraded nor the bottle on the house as agreed, then forgot it, even after asking. No gym only access though another one and it looks like an 80 old gym (not working) But sweet staff and hotel all nice.
