1st time in Angela, ok hotel (bit lower standard than Yaramar down the street where I go several times a year,), but major difference was in front desk staff lthat was much less solutis invljded, asked if we could buy the slippers to go to the pool, still ”no, you can buy it in the shops” - turns out the pool had free slippers…). Asked for later check out (can obviously pay extra) for 1 of 4 rooms, was tolf ”we are fully booked obviously not true as I could book rooms for the day at eg hotels website, clearly just didnt want to reassign next booking to other roon). Just a few example of very poor customer service unfortunately. Will not come back but rather go back to Yaramar next time which has much more customer friendöy front desk staff.
