PAY MORE ATTENTION TO CLEANLINESS
I stay at alot of Fairfields and most have no complaints from me. This one was nice, BUT....we got a suite and there were crumbs, trash and even a toy under the beds. There were brown spots on the ceiling above the beds, that I can inly hope was some type of soda. The air unit was SO LOUD that I felt like I was in some bad sci fi movie, being woken up every 10 min, startled from the sound. There was a nasty stain on the pull out sofa bed. Lord....the exterior of it all was a good cover up for what lys beneath. Just check your room with this one.

My stay was very nice. This was my second time to stay at this hotel. The staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel seem to follow the sanitizing rules. Hopefully, when back in Columbus, for business, I will be looking to stay at the Fairfield Inn.

It was great overall. Nice and clean bedroom. Only I expected a little more for the breakfast grab and go. I understand the special situation due Covid, but we got Only an Apple, a water and a cereal bar. I’d enjoy if has at least one sandwich and/or a donuts.

Took a shower and bathtub was full told front desk and it was taken care of by the time I returned. No microwave in room, was there for a week visiting friends and family, microwave would have been nice.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

There were several light bulbs out, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and they ran out of toilet paper. So, we had to buy our own. They might as well not even offer breakfast because it's definitely not worth it.
