We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby.

Downside was the hot springs pools were both closed for our stay and opened the morning we were already planned to be leaving - so we chose this specifically for the hot springs and were disappointed we couldn't get this experience - the food was amazing and the staff very helpful!!

I was delighted with this property as we had stayed at another Hot Springs in another State that was terrible! Chico Hot Springs and resort was wonderful! The rooms were very nice and 2 couples on one room was completely comfortable. The beds were comfy with great pillows. The bathroom was just perfect. We had a little fridge and a table and chairs in the room. We also had a back door with a beautiful grassy area with tables and chairs and an amazing view. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and flowers everywhere, the Hot Spring pools were relaxing and we met lots of nice families. There's a walk up window to get drinks but you can bring your own as long as its not in glass. We also ate twice at the Pool Bar and the food and service were again a great surprise. We ate the breakfast buffet one morning and I was happy to have available Greek yogurt, with house made berry blend and granola. Of course there were eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. Very good!! We did not eat at the dinner restaurant, but heard from another couple it's very delicious. My only suggestion would be more mats in the ladies dressing room, to decrease the risk of falls. I did love the bathing suit dryer! There was more to see and do there than we had time for! We would go back anytime!

Tanya at Day Spa is phenomenal. She has been a great 89-S to Livingston direction assistanc. which is north, or Yellowstone National park main Entrance near Chico. It's only 30 minutes to Chico from the entrance! And, it's at mile marker 1, like she said! She was witty & so professional too! MaryAnn at Day Spa is also phenomenal, especially at our 1 hour couples massage & my 30 min facial earlier. Food at VERY great diner was worth reservation. Jack or server was very good looking and very young... like 23? He was so polished & witty and smart. Looks like some famous actor guy... but so laid back & informative. He also served me & asked for my name in a very compassionate & mature gentleman way. Last night here at Pool Side grille after we went in awesome & WARM pool hot spring . Mary was a gem. Help us with great, witty humor & was very professional classy!! You MUST stay & play here You can also ride horses that are "for hire " 😉 😜!! Love this place & the pace of life here. Our Camp Conestoga wagon is our new home away from home with a blessedly beautiful Heaven fire place setting outside with poleywood style furniture & a very clean bath house. Loved it!!!! Very pet friendly & very kind staff every where!

I cannot say enough about this beautiful resort. It exceeded our expectations. We booked one of the individual houses and it was huge and the bathroom was great. Easy to walk to the restaurant, Salon and Spa. I would highly recommend if you want to ride the horses or book a spa treatment to book in advance. The hot spring pool is wonderful and has a bar and small restaurant around the pool. Book it! You will not regret and it is the quintessential western experience.

Really unique place to stay in a beautiful setting. We loved the hot springs/pool, the grounds and the restaurant. The rustic cabin had a beautiful view from the porch and was great place to watch the sunset and sit under the stars. The bathroom was renovated and clean. The screens on the windows need replacing as there were several holes/tears. Since there is no A/C, it would have been nice to keep the windows open, but we had to close them to keep bugs out. It got very warm.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chico Hot Springs! It was the perfect location for us to explore Yellowstone National Park for a few days, and also get some relaxation and down time. The hot springs pool is so wonderful. Loved being able to hang out with the horses. Our cabin was amazing, and the restaurant is very good. Highly recommend!
