Luggage Cart Needed
Our stay at your hotel was fantastic! The only negative thing I can say about it was there was no luggage carts in the lobby for us to use to carry our luggage to our room. This made it a little difficult for we seniors! We had to carry it all by hand! My wife had just had back surgery so again this was difficult!

This hotel was clean, the service was excellent and the location was convenient. I really liked how they sold beer in the lobby as well so I could get a refreshment without leaving the hotel. We attended an event at the Speedway and really liked how close the location was.

Colin, the night auditor was very unprofessional. He clearly announced in front of others in the lobby, on two occasions, that my credit card payment had "bounced" and did not go through. After explaining to Colin I had a confirmation email and payment had been removed from my account he called someone for help. Never apologized! I mistakenly held Hilton to higher standards.
