Great place - very clean.

The only pleasant thing about the stay was the staff. She was kind and helpful. The room was horrible. One bed had pubs on the linen which had not been changed. The smoke detector was literally hanging from the ceiling. The towels were filthy/ black! The water was luke warm. There was rust and mold around the tub which was also dirty. There was also a hole in the present next to the tub. Unfortunately, all the other hotels were booked due to it being bikers weekend and we were unable to ask for a refund and stay elsewhere. We always travel with Lysol wipes and disinfectant spray so I literally sprayed and wiped the entire room down. It was dusty and dirty. I do not recommend this hotel! I will never stay there again.

I basically checked in and went to bed. Next morning while taking a shower I noticed that the tub was blackened later realized that it was off of my feet from the dirty floors. Asked for a manager and was told, not here. I then explained to desk person and showed her the dirty towel that I had used to shuffle my feet on until I could put my shoes on. The towel was honestly black from filth. The front desk clerk could’ve cared less and took the towel and didn’t say a word. I’ve stayed here several times while in town to do business but won’t ever be back. I would’ve thought that the rooms would’ve been spotless especially during a pandemic.

We booked the hotel for the price and the reputation of LaQuinta. We were sorely disappointed in this hotel. First off they have removed all lobby furniture. (Nothing any other hotels have done). It smelled of cleaning agents so strong it was nauseating. We got to our room and there was urine and pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. We had already unpacked so we didn’t want to change rooms so we asked for it to be cleaned. The cleaning crew had left so they offered extra bath mats to place on the floor. The bathroom wall had mold and deteriorated drywall. One of the wall shower panels was coming off and the shower rod was hanging to the point the shower curtain would close. During a shower it hung about 8 inches from the wall where the shower head was. The beds did not have blankets. Only a sheet and some sort of additional sheet weight cover. The internet was painstakingly slow. The only positive thing to say was the staff was nice. And the running joke became “What 68.00 will get you is...”. I will not ever stay at this hotel again.
