The Hotel is always very clean and the staff are helpful and prompt. The only issue we had this stay had nothing to do with how the hotel was run/operated. There was someone above us on the third floor who was overly noisey first thing in the morning, but thats nothing anyone(staff)could really control. This hotel also did well with staying within COVID guidelines as well.

We both agreed it was a very nice place to stay. Great place.

The front desk agent who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I also needed my tv remote re-programmed later that night and the other staff member came right away and fixed it. The property was clean and safe.

Very average hotel. Train noise was very loud on the side of the building facing the mountains. Having a hot breakfast during COVID was a huge plus and actually quite tasty for a hotel buffet breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room seemed clean. The lady that checked us in was very nice and quite helpful. On the other hand the male manager seemed very rude and cold when I asked him a couple questions.

Nice staff rooms were clean. If you are a light sleeper take an extra sleeping pill. Pipes make noise at night probably from the cold. Kept the fan on for background noise.

The hotel was updated very nicely. Smelled clean and fresh and our room was large!

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. They made us (and our puppy) feel welcomed!

We were in town for a couple of nights and our stay was actually great. The check in woman, Marcia, was really helpful. She offered to upgrade our room free of charge since we were right next to the elevators. The man who checked us out was also very friendly, I didn’t get his name but he was also very pleasant... We will definitely be back at this hotel next time we are in town. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is the parking. The parking lot is not too big and there were some semis and trailers and big trucks parked on multiple spots and it was hard for us to find a spot in the parking lot. We had to park outside by the sidewalk behind an 18 wheeler... With that being said, if you are sensitive to traffic noise, I would not recommend booking a room here- as it is close to a very busy road/highway... It is not necessarily the hotel’s fault but it is something for travelers to keep in mind.

We have had to stay in three hotels during Covid and this one was worlds above the other two in being thoughtful about good policies. Highly recommend!!
